As a Workday Analyst on our People Process & Technology team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Workday HCM system. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.What you'll do:Build and cultivate partnerships with business COEs, and cross-functional teamsContribute to the development and prioritization of our Workday HCM roadmap, working closely with Centers of Excellence to identify and address key business needsPlan, scope, and deploy enhancements to the Workday HCM module to ensure compliance and a positive employee experienceLead discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and change management of Workday solutions for HCMReduce the number of employee inquiries related to HCM by implementing enhancements and break fixes and improving the clarity of self-service documentationBreak down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide subject matter insights and recommendationsRecommend and implement solutions based on issue analysis and business impactDevelop solutions based on an understanding of the business strategy and team member needs, ensuring solutions return shareholder value and business resultsConduct research using Workday’s online courses and Community forum on various documentation and configuration to provide SME supportPromote reporting automation, self-service, and a culture of data-driven decisionsSupport the development and execution of strategic analytics and reporting initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, working with internal stakeholders and external consultants to track progress and identify areas for improvementWork independently and regularly handle non-routine situations and system anomaliesCommitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingWhat you bring:1-3 years of Workday experience, Workday Core HCM is highly preferredExperience and understanding of backend configuration to ensure system integrity to optimize performance is considered an assetStrong project management, verbal & written communication skillsAbility to influence design decisions based on knowledge of Workday capability Knowledge and experience with the Workday Deployment Methodology / SDLC (e.g., Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) Willingness and curiosity to learn and expand knowledge within the Workday spaceExcellent analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems and providing high levels of service to our client groupsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
