Annual Salary :$ 90,000 Work hour: 37.5 hours/ week Responsibilities: -Plan, organize, and oversee daily accounting systems and operations. -Perform tax preparation services for personal, corporate, partnership, and trust clients. -Prepare financial statements, including trial balances, reconciliation, and maintenance of general ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. -Supervise and conduct review of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial records maintaining. -Supervise and conduct review of tax and accounting work prepared by staff accountants; identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. -Attend client meetings, understand clients' needs, and facilitate communications. -Participate in partner communications and ensure timely updates on client engagements and professional development.
