The position will oversee multiple aspects of the business, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial tasks. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities · Manage and motivate a team of sales associates and support staff. · Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance. · Ensure a high level of customer service at all times. · Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. · Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. · Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability. · Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock management. · Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards. · Prepare and manage budgets. · Control expenses and optimize profitability. · Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting. · Coordinate with marketing teams to execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns. · Drive store traffic and customer engagement through effective marketing initiatives. · Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. · Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and product availability. · Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the store. · Ensure a safe and inviting shopping environment for customers and staff.
