MASK INDIAN KITCHEN +BAR INC. Mask Indian Kitchen+ Bar Inc. has immediate opening for 2 experienced Chef (TEER2: 62200) at our location in Niagara Falls, Ontario. As a Chef, your duties will be: · Arrange and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities. · Estimate food necessities and may appraise food and labour costs · Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food · Select and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality · Establish presentation technique and quality standards activities · Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen. · Trains and manages kitchen personnel and supervises/coordinates all related culinary · Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs · Plan and price menus · May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special visitors or functions. · May Recruit and hire staff Qualifications: · Secondary education is usually required. · Cook's trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required.
