Currently, we are looking for a marketing specialist to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 170 Esna Park Dr Unit 12Markham, ON L3R 1E3. The wage will be $36.50 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day. Job Description: · Assess the characteristics of J17Fitness's training programs and services to determine effective marketing and advertising strategies. · Advise clients on fitness marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. · Develop and implement direct and digital marketing campaigns tailored to youth and adult fitness programs, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. · Develop and maintain J17Fitness's social media presence, managing customer reviews, and engagement to build an active fitness community. · Conduct market research, including surveys and feedback collection, to identify customer preferences, trends, and concerns related to fitness and athletic training. · Organize and coordinate promotional events, workshops, fitness seminars, and community engagement programs to attract new clients and enhance brand reputation. · Assist in designing brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials to effectively communicate J17Fitness's training programs and services.
