-Oversee the daily operations of self-service laundry facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service for customers. -Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality. -Manage budgeting and inventory, ensuring adequate supply of detergents, maintenance parts, and other necessary items. -Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. -Supervise and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring all machines are in optimal working condition. -Hire, train, and oversee staff responsible for facility upkeep and customer assistance. -Travel regularly between all three laundry locations to ensure consistent operations and quality standards. -Supervise the Wash & Fold Drop-Off Service, including receiving laundry, communicating pricing, sorting, operating machines, and maintaining proper washing/drying methods. -Ensure high-quality folding, packaging, and storage of completed laundry orders for timely and accurate customer pick-up.
