Kelowna Cedar Fencing is looking for two (2) Full-Time Construction Helpers (NOC 75110)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $26.00/hour. Job Description: · Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas · Erect and dismantle fencing required at construction sites · Assist tradespersons in construction activities · Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities · Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel · Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment · Perform other activities at construction sites as directed · Maintain professional demeanor while working Job Requirements: · On the job training is provided · Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs · Some experience of related construction experience is an asset · Basic work skills · Language in the workplace is English Job Location: Kelowna Cedar Fencing - reporting to 965 McCurdy Road, Kelowna, BC V1X 2P9 To Apply: To those interested please email your resume to kelownacedarfencing2020@gmail.com.
