Lift Auto Group - CSN Dayton (Kelowna) is looking for a Full-Time Autobody Parts Manager (NOC 60020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $35.00/hour, with benefits. Job Description: · Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/ · sublet issues. · Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and · retail sales or of departments in such establishments. · Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit · policies · Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales · volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales · Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan. · Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are · followed. · Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts. · Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts. · Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts. · Bring parts carts to stalls when needed. · Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale · Other duties as required by Location Manager Job Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of experience (automotive parts or related) · Candidates with automotive parts experience will be given priority but more than willing to train the right candidate. · Red Seal Parts Certification or working towards. · Previous customer service/administrative experience is an asset. · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. · Valid Class 5 drivers license mandatory.
