Vacancies: One (1) Benefits: Optional medical group benefits after 6 months Additional bonus: Discretionary Christmas bonus may be given out Languages: English Education: High school courses or several months of on-the-job training in appliance repair Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair Job Duties: · Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on all critical in-store equip-ment, including espresso machines, rational ovens, coffee brewers, and other appliances es-sential to restaurant operations. · Calibrate coffee, steeped tea, dairy, espresso, and sugar dispensing machines to ensure con-sistent product quality and optimal performance. · Conduct repairs and routine maintenance on hot holding units, panini presses, fondant warmers, ice machines, Merrychef ovens, dishwashers, and any new equipment introduced as part of operational needs. (Special tools required for such repairs will be provided by the employer.) · Replace faulty components and subcomponents and reassemble appliances using appropri-ate hand tools, soldering, and brazing equipment. · Maintain valid and up-to-date certification for appliance repair where required. (Employer will bear the cost of training and certification.) · Prepare detailed written estimates and maintain accurate records of all work performed. · Maintain all physical infrastructure of the premises, including floors, walls, ceilings, and other interior/exterior structures, ensuring they are in good working condition. · Perform upkeep of exterior areas and landscaping to maintain a clean and professional ap-pearance. · Maintain a preventive maintenance log for all major equipment, documenting schedules and completed tasks. · Coordinate with third-party service providers when external repair services are needed. · Respond promptly to emergency maintenance or equipment breakdowns to reduce opera-tional downtime. · Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and internal operational standards.
