Location of Work: 1210 Lasalle Blvd, Greater Sudbury, ON P3A1Y5 Title of Position: Spa Supervisor (NOC 62029) Language: English Vacancies: 1 Type of Position: Permanent, full time Job Duties: ● Provide customer service and general information to customers. ● Answer phone calls. ● Book appointments through phone, email, and social media. ● Coordinate and assign work of spa workers. ● Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities. ● Resolve work-related problems, respond to clients' complaints. ● Prepare and submit reports. ● Hire and arrange for training of staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. ● Ensure supplies and materials are sufficient, order if needed. ● Ensure smooth operation of tools and equipment, arrange for maintenance and repair if needed. ● Encourage customers to buy gift cards and products where appropriate.
