Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Languages: English Job Duties: · Coordinate regarding work plans and programs and make recommendations for improvement, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting. · Develop work schedules and establish procedures · Maintain quality control and production records · Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed · Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies. · May perform general farm duties, when required.
