If you are interested, please email your resume to redwoodacademy.hr@hotmail.com Company Name: Redwood Academy Business Address: #120-11060 Horseshoe way Richmond, BC V7A 4V5 Title of Position: Early Childhood Educator (NOC42202) Position Available: 1 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (30-40 hours/week) Wage: $35 per hour Language required: English Location of work: same as business address As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will be responsible for the following job duties: · Design and carry out childcare programs that foster children's physical, mental, emotional, and social growth. · Lead engaging activities such as storytelling, singing, exploring local attractions, and encouraging creativity through art, drama, music, and physical play. · Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children. · Evaluate children's skills, interests, and developmental needs, and communicate their progress or any concerns with parents and colleagues. · Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral challenges and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors. · Support children in developing proper eating, dressing, and hygiene routines. · Build and maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers and community organizations involved in children's services. · Oversee and manage the tasks of other early childhood educators and assistants.
