Position: Cleaning Supervisor Wage: CAD$35.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30~40 hours/week (should be available for night & evening hours) Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: · Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleaners; · Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks; · Inspect sites to ensure company's safety and cleanliness standards are met and report shortcomings/faults to the manager; · Recommend or arrange for additional services; · Train cleaning staff; · Prepare work schedule of cleaners; · Monitor compliance of work performed by cleaners; · Request timely purchase of consumables, equipment and materials. Job Requirements: · Completion of secondary school; · 1-2 years experience in cleaning and supervisory.
