Job Description
Supervise and oversee the work of other employees.
Develop and implement office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to telephone inquiries.
Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Coordinate and organize seminars, conferences, and other events.
Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and reservations.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
Languages: English
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work Location: 2618 Hopewell Place NE suite 310, Calgary, AB T1Y 7J7
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate
