It is important for the company to comply with high quality standards. He/she will supervise the operations, management processes and quality of our products. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurants. · Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. · Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies, food preparation, industrial and quality standards. · Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices. · Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed in all the locations. · Negotiate arrangements with franchisees, suppliers and vendors for food and other products. · Supervise the operations of franchisees.
