Position: Pest Control Supervisor Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week & overtime needed) Hourly Wage: $36.90 (Depends on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental Insurance & Extended Medical Insurance after 3 months of probation period Vacation: 4% of gross salary Vacancy: 2 Working location: #212 - 4288 Lozells Avenue Burnaby BC V5A 0C7 Primary Service of Business: Providing Pest Control Services MAIN DUTIES: · Conduct quality checks on completed pest control jobs · Inspect treated areas to verify effectiveness of pests control methods · Address customer complaints and resolve issues · Ensure compliance with local, state and federal pesticide regulations · Review and assign customer service requests · Estimate job costs and price services · Monitor inventory levels of pesticides and equipment · Manage vehicle fleet and assign technicians to appropriate vehicles · Hire and train new pest control technicians · Coach and mentor technicians on best practices · Evaluate employee performance · Address performance issues and disciplinary actions · Schedule technician shifts and assign jobs · Communicate with customers to understand their post control needs · Provide detailed explanations of treatment plans and costs · Address customer concerns and resolve complaints
