Job duties: · Oversee and coordinate daily beverage preparation to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards. · Develop and manage beverage server's schedules and shift assignments. · Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues. · Maintain accurate records of beverage quantities, costs, sales, and waste. · Monitor ingredient and supply inventory, placing orders as necessary. · Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations throughout storage, preparation, and service. · Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring all tools and machinery function properly. · Train new staff in beverage preparation and conduct work performance evaluation.
