(Managerial course or diploma or degree will be an asset) Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Languages: Good and fluent English is required Responsibilities · Authorize and organize the activities of major departments and associated senior staff positions. · Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments. · Oversight of all personnel development activities to include: overall human resources planning, financials and budget planning, and promotion of team members. · Conducts systems and process planning as it relates to budget forecasting, organization, personnel development, and marketing strategies. · Monitors data of ongoing service, maintenance and training activities to identify, evaluate, and improve performance. Creates reporting and analysis to improve overall performance. · Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. · Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. · Functions as a tactful communicator and motivator that identifies problem solving and resolution matters associated with the overall safety and well-being of the company's operations and service.
