Position: Truck & Coach Technician- Apprentice Duration/Type: Full Time Location: 1260 Colborne St E, Brantford, ON N3R 0C3 Salary: $35.00 per hour; The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions such as EI and CPP. Vacation: 4% of the gross salary Hours of Work: 32.0-40.00 Hours a week. Overtime rate (X1.5) applicable 44 hours of work per week Major Responsibilities: · Detecting and diagnosing operating problems in frames and steering mechanisms, engines, transmissions, brakes, ignition, axles, fuel systems, engine management systems, suspension systems, electrical/electronic systems, emission control systems and air conditioning/refrigeration systems · Adjusting, overhauling, repairing and reassembling engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, differentials, brakes, drive shafts, axles and other assemblies · Using various diagnostic equipment to diagnose and isolate faults · Keeping up to date on advances in technology and updating skills · Communicating effectively with co-workers, customers and service managers · Reading and interpreting owner/operator/manufacturer operating manuals and service specifications Apply by emailing your resume to: jobs.bellcityrepair@outlook.com
