Address: 193 Jamieson Bone Road, Belleville, Ontario, Canada K8N 5A5 Email: jsun@questtech.ca Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $33-35 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week Number of hires of this role: 1 Language: English Location: 193 Jamieson Bone Road, Belleville, Ontario, Canada K8N 5A5 Job responsibilities:  Coordinate the flow of tooling inspection work that is in manufacturing process.  Accountable for the safety of the team through active engagement in safety activities and provides clear, consistent communication of safe work expectations.  Complete incident investigations, root cause analysis and implements corrective actions accordingly in a timely and thorough manner.  Ensure proper technical training and development of tool shop Technicians.  Work closely with Production Planners to align toolroom activities with overall production goals.  Schedules daily mold setting, Mold PMs, cleaning and mold cavity repair activities.  Develops and Conducts Employee Performance evaluations and administers employee coaching/counseling in a timely manner.  Implement and maintain quality control procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications:  At least 3 years of tooling supervisor working experience in manufacturing industry;  At least five years of working experience in in-site manufacturing shop;  High school or above education is required;  Good communication, collaboration and negotiation ability;  Must be responsible, self- motivated and team oriented.
