Job position available: 1 Language: English Job Description: - Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverages for all shifts while balancing labor costs and service needs. - Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Monitor and uphold high standards of guest service and food presentation, addressing any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Respond professionally to guest concerns, resolve complaints, and use feedback to improve service quality. - Track inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure stock is rotated and managed to minimize waste and shortages. - Develop and manage budgets, analyze sales and expenses, implement cost-control measures, and review financial reports to optimize profitability. - Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage promotions, and build relationships with guests to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, and keep accurate records of all operational, financial, and personnel matters.
