Wages: $36.00 per hour for 30 - 44 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply. Employment Conditions: Day; Overtime; Shift; Weekend JOB REQUIREMENTS: Languages: English Education: Secondary school graduation certificate Experience: 1 - 2 years in related occupation Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Work Condition and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Physically demanding; Attention to detail Personal Suitability: Client focus; Initiative; Team player; Flexibility Job Duties: · Oversee and manage the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure project goals are met. · Schedule and allocate work tasks for the landscaping team. · Plan and supervise grounds maintenance activities to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality. · Estimate labor and materials required for landscaping projects. · Organize and supervise the construction of decks, as well as decorative and retaining walls. · Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. · Maintain accurate work records and logs for all projects. · Handle tendering and administration of contracts for landscaping services. · Order and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth project execution.
