Conducting site measurements and proposals for renovation projects. 2. Developing renovation concepts and designs in collaboration with stakeholders. 3. Creating architectural drawing sets and 3D renderings to visualize project outcomes. 4. Estimating project costs and ordering necessary materials to ensure timely completion. 5. Facilitating team communication to ensure smooth project coordination. 6. Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including implementing new procedures as needed. 7. Establishing work priorities, delegating tasks to support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met. 8. Administering policies and procedures related to admissions, record release, and government access to information and privacy legislation.
