Fraser Way Abbotsford BC V2T 1T8 Wages: $29.00 per hour Job type: Full Time, Permanent Positions available: 6 Job Start: As soon as possible Job Duties: · Prepare and cook full course Indian meals including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. · Prepare Tandoori and Mughlai dishes in large quantities. · Prepare and cook Tandoori naan, roti, curries, kababs, chicken, cheese, and fishes etc. · Set up and handle buffets. · Determine size portions ensuring least wastage. · Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes when required · Keep work place and kitchen area clean and hygienic · Follow sanitation procedures. · Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
