The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Service Supervisor sets the tone for the team, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing training, and coaching team members to meet and exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Serve as an escalation point for customer complaints and resolve issues within the agreed timelines and to the satisfaction of the customer

- Monitor and assess team members' performance and provide regular feedback to improve performance

- Establish policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service quality across all customer touchpoints
