A General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of an organization or business. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work

- Creating and managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasts, ensuring the organization remains financially stable
