A trauma-informed, person-centred process for responding to workplace harm and misconduct, whilst also delivering an evidence-based, preventative program of work to reduce the incidence of workplace harm for our people.  The department is committed to modelling a psychologically safe and collaborative working environment that fosters excellence and continuous improvement.  This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn North in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Senior Manager Intake, Response, and Support, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: Establish strategies to prevent, minimise or resolve workplace harm by designing and implementing a person-centred approach to conflict resolution Develop, advocate, and utilise mediation-style, preliminary conferencing as part of AV's aim for a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace, including explaining and providing professional advice and guidance to all parties Coordinate the progress of complex complaints through the complaint life cycle, including preparing for triage, developing and implementing an end-to-end case management plan, whilst ensuring a person-centred approach to complaints Provide a suite of contemporary, tailored conflict resolution services (mediation and complaint avenues) to all employees ensuring a consistent person-centred approach  To be considered for this position you will possess tertiary qualification in either Human Resources or Employment Law, or a related discipline (or progress towards), or significant experience in Human resources with a focus management of performance/disciplinary matters.
