Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported by the Charles Stewart network to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment.Responsibilities:Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental DepartmentWork alongside a Senior Property ManagerConducting Viewings for Vacant PropertiesProcessing payments and invoicingProcessing tenancy applicationsAssisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communicationAssist with rent arrearsAssisting with the coordination of maintenanceProperty Management administrationAssisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspectionsAbout you:Real Estate industry or bookkeeping experience will be advantageous but not necessaryHigh attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsGood at multi-tasking and time managementHigh level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a teamThe desire to grow within a company for the long term If you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.
