No matter what corporate or support role you play in delivering our critical services to Victorians, you join a team dedicated to bringing our vision to be a world leading ambulance service to life.  We are seeking Administrator Payroll Services to provide timely, efficient, accurate payroll services in accordance with legislative and industrial agreements and provide a responsive customer service to employees and agencies. We currently have full time, ongoing or fixed term options available. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicants maintain a presence at our Doncaster headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Lead Payroll Support Services, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Undertake the full suite of payroll and related administrative tasks on a regular basis Ensure the accurate, timely processing and completion of payroll in accordance with relevant industrial agreements and legislative requirements Accurately process payroll adjustments and related records Effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently to meet all deadlines Facilitate process improvements and provide suggestions Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners through cooperative and customer focussed support  To be considered for this position you will possess: Relevant diploma, degree or industry certification with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience Experience with a large and complex payroll function preferably in an award based environment Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation, entry, and processing of payroll data Sound working knowledge of payroll time & attendance systems Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Chris21 Payroll System (desirable)  Working at Ambulance Victoria As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
