This role coordinates, administers, and delivers standard school and community courses and events for NIDA Open nationally. Working with the Senior Program Manager and Operations Manager, it involves managing customer relationships, invoicing, course logistics, staffing, documentation, and supporting teaching artists. The role ensures smooth operations, high-quality participant experiences, and supports the effective delivery of learning outcomes. Standard work hours are 9am-5pm, 3 days per week, with occasional variable hours based on program needs, compensate with time in lieu. The base annual salary is $78,247 gross per annum + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 5-day working week. Salary will be pro-rated to 3-days per week.
