We value those with sharp, analytical minds and are open to challenging the way things are done.      The team    The Digital team supports business systems and processes that build excellence in regulatory operations. The team provides the user-centred design service and manages the ongoing development of the key platform underpinning the regulatory workflows across ASIC – the ASIC CRM, ASIC Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search and related data and document repositories, as well as ASIC's key externally facing digital channels such as the corporate website.     The role    You will be accountable for: developing an API product strategy including a digital catalogue (existing and future APIs) including management of the lifecycle for those digital services defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for API adoption, usage and impact gathering and analysing market intelligence, competitor offerings and customer feedback to inform product decisions providing leadership and guidance in the subject of API management acting as an escalation point for the business teams in relation to APIs working in the Product Management Team and with key transformational projects to establish and prioritise a Product Backlog to gather and document business and functional requirements for the platform applications working with the delivery team to elaborate the requirements and develop solutions to business requirements ensuring One ASIC design principles are maintained through the approved changes and enhancements working with the Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Product Leads to develop an understanding of ASIC's business processes and operational requirements working closely with Delivery Teams to develop acceptance criteria for solutions to be built on the platform working with Product Managers to coordinate business (UAT and PVT) testing, including the preparation and execution, and support business representative conducting the testing working closely with project and technical teams to ensure delivery of API products and enhancements.       Qualifications and experience A relevant bachelor's degree and/or work experience in gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements. Experience in ASIC's application architecture would be an advantage (Boomi, MS CRM, .NET, SQL Server and SharePoint) and multi-cloud strategy (Office 365, Azure & AWS). Ability to demonstrate a high-level understanding of ASIC's regulatory role, regulatory and operations processes (including back-office processes), with an ability to acquire detailed understanding of those processes. Experience engaging with business users to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement. Demonstrated ability to analyse and understand business requirements, solve complex issues and document solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Similar Product Owner experience leading to the delivery of integration solutions.
