They develop automation for business units and provide ongoing support.    The role  As a Junior Engineer – Automation & Support, you will embark on an exciting journey to master workflow automation, collaborate with experts, and create impactful solutions! Here's what you'll do:  Dive into automation: Learn the ins and outs of Microsoft Applications' workflow automation tools through hands-on training and shadowing seasoned professionals.    Understand the ecosystem: Get familiar with Microsoft Applications team practices and ASIC ITSM policies to ensure seamless integration and support.    Take charge: Manage and enhance ASIC's SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments, including applications built on Power Platform and other SaaS solutions.    Innovate and build: Design and develop cutting-edge automation solutions using MS Power Platform and workflow tools like Ivanti.    Engage and collaborate: Work directly with business stakeholders, leading requirements-gathering sessions to understand processes and deliver tailored automation solutions with Power Platform.    This role offers a dynamic mix of learning, problem-solving, and innovation—perfect for someone eager to make an impact!    About you   Qualifications and experience  Required:  A university qualification in an IT-related discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.  Qualifications or hands-on experience with scripting languages or Microsoft Power Platform.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Desirable:  Experience in troubleshooting technical issues at Level 2 and Level 3 support.  Experience engaging with diverse business stakeholders, including requirements gathering and managing stakeholder expectations.    View the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
