You will be hands-on in managing the complexity of the stakeholder network, ensuring smooth delivery, and aligning our team's capabilities to exceed client expectations.   Key Responsibilities:   Account Leadership: Act as the central point of contact for the client, managing communication, briefing, and client expectations. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, ensuring they perform at their best. Provide support in navigating challenges and managing pressures. Strategic Oversight: Guide media recommendations and processes, challenging the team to elevate their thinking and push boundaries. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring top-notch client service. Project & Financial Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, manage timelines, and ensure financial processes, invoicing, and profitability goals are met.
