United Wambo (UW) is a joint venture between Glencore and Peabody combining the new United open cut with the existing open cut at Wambo. United Wambo is a Glencore managed operation producing up to 10 million ROM tonnes per annum. Reporting to the Supply Coordinator, and as an integral member of the Commercial team, the primary purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently perform all store functions; including goods receipting, forklift operation and sourcing goods to obtain the lowest total cost of ownership and highest availability. You will have a focus on accuracy and be proactive in your approach to business improvement. Analysing, monitoring and reporting on anomalies and discrepancies within warehouse operations will be a critical part of this role. Previous supply/warehousing and SAP experience is essential. You will have experience with Microsoft Office applications, be well organised and have an efficient approach which deliver positive outcomes. Your proven relationship building skills will be complemented by well-developed interpersonal and influencing abilities. This role requires an individual who can drive compliance with process, challenge non-conformances and identify opportunities for improvement.
