Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed assessments of clients speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities. Develop customized therapy plans tailored to individual needs and goals. Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance clients communication skills. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Educate clients and families on effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards. Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in speech pathology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution. Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (we will assist you with this process). 3-5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Compassionate and client-centered care approach. Proficiency in assessment and therapy tools, including AAC.
