As a Project Manager you will: Lead assigned project activities through to completion, ensuring alignment with program objectives and adherence to project management best practices. Develop, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to facilitate project execution and resolve issues. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project objectives. Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including program and customer leaders. Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. To be considered for the role you will have: Demonstrable experience in a project management role, showcasing proficiency in all project management areas and successful delivery of project outcomes. A formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management is preferred however prior equivalent experience will be considered. High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
