About the Role As a Commercial Plumber, you will report to the Plumbing Site Manager and play a vital role in project deliveries to achieve our stringent quality objectives and customer satisfaction. This role is primarily focused on project-specific works but will require flexibility to work on multiple work fronts such as maintenance, civil and fire systems etc. This role is responsible for but not limited to; • Perform project-based plumbing duties • Work closely with the project team to ensure compliance requirements are met • Teach and lead apprentices working on the site • Read, interpret and communicate construction plans effectively and efficiently • Adhere to specific project-related compliance requirements • Strong commitment to WHS and environmental standards • Adhere to McMahon Services quality systems About You As the successful applicant you will have: • To be a Licenced Plumber • Demonstrated project-based experience in commercial plumbing sector • Effective communication skills(Verbal & Written) • Problem-solving and innovative approach • Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member • Your own standard trade tools – Speciality tools provided by the company • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment • Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence clearance • Willingness to travel for work within South Australia to our regional construction sites.
