Srijan, a Material company, is a renowned global digital engineering firm with a reputation for solving complex technology problems using their deep technology expertise and leveraging strategic partnerships with top-tier technology partners.Be a part of an Awesome Tribe   About the Role The Senior Associate, Digital Workplace Technologies (DWT)(Messaging)will manage, improve, and monitor Material’s endpoint ecosystem, includes but not limited to, managing MS Intune, Apple Device Management (Jamf) technologies, building and deploying applications and patches to Windows physical and virtual desktops, reporting on delivery results, and working with application owners to update and upgrade/maintain the end user environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Workplace Technologies, the Senior Associate, DWT will collaborate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define solutions, implement fixes, and drive innovation within Microsoft Exchange.   Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support Windows, Mac, and Mobile endpoints using Microsoft Intune/Jamf Pro management tools in a large global environment. Utilizing best practices surrounding mobile device management, working with iOS, iPadOS, and Android MDM features to secure and manage a fleet of enterprise and personally owned devices. Designs, maintains, and troubleshoots operating system images and task sequences in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Intune Autopilot for a variety of physical and virtual platforms. Review and troubleshoot log files to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues. Create, test, and maintain application packages and scripts utilized in client provisioning operations, client fleet deployments, and end-user self-service catalogs. Maintain and enforce standardized client fleet hardware and software configurations utilizing automation, scripting, and client management platforms, regularly reviewing to meet evolving business and security needs. Work with security teams to maintain and update client security baselines, automate patch/update schedules, and respond to critical vulnerability threats. Serve as Windows, macOS, and mobile subject matter expert and be an escalation point for technical support teams. Create and maintain documentation pertinent to supporting process workflows and reference material used by technical support teams. Contribute to and review documentation to ensure innovation, security, and business requirements are met while also keeping a keen eye on improving user experience. Manage hardware lifecycle testing, validation, and change control. Device management policy design, testing, and implementation. Skills and Competencies A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or equivalent work experience 5-7 years’ experience in creating and maintaining operating systems using MS Intuce, MCM, and/or Jamf. Windows 10/11 Enterprise operating system features, settings and installation Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM), Intune, Autopilot and their use for managing features, settings, and configurations of Windows, Office, and third-party applications Active Directory, Group Policy, EntraID, Intune CSP’s and their use for managing user and computer objects Systems Administrator with advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, iPadOS device management skills in a large environment. Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf Pro management tools is required. Experience with application building/deployment for Windows and/or macOS. Deep knowledge of workstation troubleshooting (GPO, policy, multiple OS environments, legacy OS). Strong experience in mobile technology, troubleshooting, and operating systems. Proficient in one or more modern scripting languages (ex: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Shell). Advanced knowledge of vulnerability management concepts and methodologies. Knowledge on Conditional access, MDE experience, Universal Print, or Telephony/VoIP/Webex is highly desirable.   Apply to this job
