We call that influencing choice.  The Experiential Senior Account Manager co-ordinates the day-to-day activities of the Agency on behalf of the client. The Experiential Senior Account Manager is responsible for delivering activation projects on time and on budget. Under the direction of a Experiential Business Director, the Experiential Senior Account Manager is also expected to present strong activation ideas, alongside a solid approach to implementation. The Experiential Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Experiential Business Director to take briefs and present, however they need to be comfortable taking the lead if required during busy periods. At Raydar, focusing on great client relationships and delivering activations to a high standard is the most important function Account Management performs. In the majority of cases you will work in conjunction with the creative, design, studio and production departments in the preparation of activations to achieve the best possible creative output.  Co-ordination of the day-to-day work on all activation projects, across a mix of clients. Understand the client brand strategy and ensure we are always actively linking back whenever possible. Taking briefs from clients and supplying a reverse brief (when required), including clear understanding of KPIs. Preparing inspiring and informative creative briefs, which fuel creative thinking (when required). Confidently presenting creative ideas, alongside an activation plan. Ensuring the smooth selection of BAs at the start of a project, as well as management throughout. This includes rostering and payment, with support from the Account Executive. Preparing budgets, with the ability to accurately wash up at the end of a campaign. Setting up estimates in Pegasus reflecting the approved budget, communicating with all departments to ensure accuracy and being mindful of client budgets throughout. Following agency processes to traffic work through the agency. Ensure all timings are met (or clients are notified) and any changes are clearly communicated with the client. Tracking monthly revenue to feed into annual forecast (led by BD). External management of activation logistics, includes managing transportation and storage of product, uniforms, all activation infrastructure (i.e stands/fridges/warmers etc) required to implement, print and BAs. A passion for doing great creative work, delivered through disruptive and engaging activations. Minimum of 3-4 years experience within an advertising agency. A positive attitude to all briefs - from smaller tactical to larger, more creative led. A team player, understanding good relationships, both internal and with our clients and suppliers are key to great work.
