Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers as they navigate the store • Understand customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and the sales floor • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to better assist customers • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or retail management is a plus • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems • Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to assist customers • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
