About the role Joining Elders Beaudesert as a Territory Sales Manager, you will be joining a dedicated and diverse team offering our local clients a full end to end suite of services from Financing & Insurance, Real Estate, Agronomic services, Wool & Livestock services and Rural Products. Our Territory Sales Managers are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving livestock sales, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. You will play a critical role for your clients in the purchasing and sales process, from initial client engagement through to successful transactions and providing industry leading market insights. Working both in-branch and travelling the countryside in the iconic pink shirt, our Territory Sales Managers assess and prepare livestock for market to obtain maximum value for clients. Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including: Maintaining professional relationships and growing a strong portfolio of new and existing clientsIdentifying and cultivating new livestock sales opportunitiesDeveloping and growing relationships with key industry partners including exporters and processorsProviding professional onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending appropriate products and services to strengthen their businessEmploying tactful negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers togetherMaximising promotional opportunities, including assisting at industry and community events About you To succeed at Elders, you: Are passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave a passion for livestock sales and an active interest in safe livestock handlingAre driven by sales and successAren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build new businessHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current clientsHave either a Livestock Auctioneer Licence and Assessor Accreditation, or the willingness to become licensed after undertaking training offered, free-of-charge, by EldersAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
