We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Property Coordinator to join our mission-driven team on a 12-month full time contract. You’ll be the backbone of our property management, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: provide proactive management of all EPIC Assist properties including leases, maintenance, and Body Corporate relationships Develop and maintain relevant processes and procedures to support the property portfolio Proactive management and monitoring of the property Helpdesk ticketing system for all property requests and providing effective and timely communication to all stakeholders Contribute to finding innovative solutions or initiatives in ensuring corrective action and continuous improvements are carried out Ensure program property budgets are achieved and maintained through effective management Maintain current and relevant property database to support lease requirements To be successful in the role, you will: Qualification (Certificate IV or higher) or significant experience in property management, commercial real estate, building trades or similar are highly desirable Be able to adapt to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, skills, and levels Have a “can-do” attitude and the ability to be proactive Have positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills A strong attention to detail with your administrative skills Must be willing to travel to EPIC’s sites Mandatory requirements Must hold or be able to obtain a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) Must hold or be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Card Must complete a national police check EPIC will assist the successful applicant in obtaining a Blue Card and police check.
