Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, the M&M global business unit also has offices in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide in Australia along with execution units in the United States, Peru, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India and other project locations around the world. As Study Manager, you will lead a team as a Project Manager to develop goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans where your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development. Major Responsibilities: Responsible for direction or performance of staff activities, including employee development and guidance within assigned area(s).​  Ensures processes and procedures are fully developed and implemented​. Recommends changes to policies and guidelines where necessary​.  Creates and administers staff schedules and de-conflicts as necessary.​  Serves as a liaison between project teams, internal or external clients or other functional areas of the organization​.  Ensures work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional management. Other responsibilities as designated. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13  years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge including engineering processes and procedures, trade-off studies, scope definition, value improvement practices, capital intensity, risk analysis, estimate and schedule baseline development, constructability, records management, progress reporting, action tracking, change management and contingency evaluation. Ability to effectively organize staff and project team in a matrix organisation. Proficient planning and problem solving skills. Dependable leadership qualities and ability to manage customer relations. Proficient oral, written and graphic communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence and inspire teams, foster and maintain relationships and work collaboratively to get the best performance outcomes for the project, the team and the customer.
