In this role, you will lead a team as a Project Manager to develop goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans. Your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development.  This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership Major Responsibilities: Proactively engages with their team’s development through CPM, Competency development/assessment and feedback  Supervises and directs staff activities, including development of departmental procedures and standard project procedures or responsible for providing expertise in specific area Planning / Productivity / Reporting Determines workforce requirements.  Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast.  Tools, Materials & Equipment  Establishes processes for tracking and delivering workload​ Establishes teams and distributes the workload Safety & Quality  Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors’ performance are in compliance with the applicable standards, processes and/or specifications. Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures, and instructions within assigned operations.  Monitors work activities and ensures the quality of work performed.  Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization Coordinates engineering solutions with Engineering and Subcontractors. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of electrical transmission lines and switch gear installation, upgrades and operations. Knowledge of contractor management and performance. Previous experience working within or reporting into a client organisation. Proven experience managing or leading Tier 1 contractors in the transmission and distribution sector.  Previous experience managing scope, cost and schedule to support the delivery of successful project outcomes.  Ability to manage a team and work cross functionality with others.
