We are looking for a talented **Product Support Representative** to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia. **About this role:** + As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across WesternAustralia + Manage the engine life database + Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues + Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers. + Develop strong relationships with our valued customers + Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures **Desirable attributes for this role:** + Excellent communication skills + Customer centric approach to business + Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders + Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events + Mechanical training is desirable but not essential. **Compensation and Benefits** Annual Salary - commensurate with experience.
