About the role We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join Cowra branch in this exciting, fast-paced, full-time, permanent role. As Branch Manager, you will oversee a close-knit team of 8 specialist servicing the needs across Retail, Agronomy, Livestock & Wool, Real Estate and Finance within the local area. You will lead the team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
