We are partnered with Australia's premier advisory firm that are on the lookout for a talented Senior Manager/Associate Director to join their National Deals team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll primarily manage buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, with opportunities to work on various assignments across our Deals practice, including M&A lead advisory, valuations, financial modelling, and purchase price accounting. Responsibilities Lead buy and sell-side projects, focusing on financial due diligence reports and related services such as databooks, forecast models, and deal contract reviews. Utilize your industry and market expertise to proactively address deal issues. Conduct and oversee financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations. Develop and design financial models and reporting protocols. Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, target management, and investors. Mentor and support the professional growth of junior team members. Requirements Qualified chartered accountant with at least 6 years of experience, including 3-4 years in financial due diligence or Corporate Finance Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Commercially savvy with a strong team-oriented approach. Committed to achieving positive client outcomes. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
