We're evolving from a traditional ad agency into one that focuses on brand design, 360 campaigns, and cultural engagement. Myer is going through a business-wide transformation, so we are looking for someone who can bring exceptional execution AND conceptual thinking to everything from big brand and seasonal campaigns to sales and tactical events. As a Senior Creative you'll create and execute fresh, engaging and visually impactful campaigns across all parts of the Myer business, including fashion, beauty, and home, and across all channels, including online video, OOH, print and digital. That said, we're looking for someone whose true specialty and love is fashion. An energetic, positive Senior Creative who doesn't just think in siloed channels but sees the bigger picture. A strategic thinker with at least 5 years' experience, specifically in fashion retail and lifestyle brands. Your mission?  To own and elevate campaign briefs with innovative ideas that captivate customers and clients alike. What you'll need to succeed Experience with fashion retail and lifestyle brands. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Strong portfolio showing your passion of fashion Strategic thinking paired with a keen eye for craft and modernity. Proficiency in the usual creative software.
