Develop, test, and optimise automated journey workflows, layering in dynamic content for multi-channel delivery (mostly email, SMS, web). Manage the deployment, integration, and content management of eDMs within our clients marketing automation platforms. Maintain and evolve the existing marketing automation program. Leverage subscriber intelligence and 3rd party data to create and test targeted audience segments for personalized, timely messaging. Partner with experience planners and program managers to plan and shape the approach in delivering marketing automation programs of work. Develop best practice HTML email components in line with the clients marketing automation platform Develop and execute the automation program (Data Queries, Platforms Automation/Journey Builder, Filters, Segmentations, Analytic, Forms and API) Qualification in Computer Science, Marketing or related discipline Hands-on and strong capability of HTML, CSS, and JS coding. Basic understanding of email marketing, eDM best practice, testing tools (Email On Acid, Litmus, cross-browser, Windows VMs), and it's limitation. Other things that would make you excel in this role Passion for martech and how we use it to engineer compelling experiences. Ability to multi-task a few jobs at a time.
