Complete your apprenticeship training through a structured program, including both on-the-job learning and formal education.   Skills and Attributes: A strong interest in the construction industry and hands-on work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Previous experience or basic knowledge in construction (desirable, but not required).   Ability to commit to a 4 year apprenticeship program. Willingness to complete formal training requirements through a registered training organization (RTO). Willingness to complete police clearance and employment medical.
